About Us
My name is Julie and together with my husband Ian we run Duke’s Dog Salon. We both hold our diplomas in professional dog grooming and trained under the tutelage of award winning and master groomer Julie Lalou of Dogs Delight Training Academy.
We have also completed Health & Safety and Canine First Aid training
We groom to breed standard, but also we’re very happy to discuss particular requirements for your dog to suit your lifestyle, your dog’s needs, or a specific fur-style you would like for your dog!
We are also fully trained in the hand stripping technique suitable for wire haired dogs.
We enjoy attending grooming seminars and talks to keep us updated on the latest information, techniques and products.
Our dogs, Leo, a Bolognese and Teddy, a cross-breed were our inspiration to start our business and you will see them on our logo!
